I ordered two cakes for a special occasion — and it turned out to be the best decision! Since not everyone is familiar with mousse cakes, I decided to get one classic — the "Black Forest" (a chocolate sponge cake with cherry filling) — and one mousse cake — "Lime & Strawberry".
And honestly, I couldn’t have been happier!
The Black Forest cake was rich, soft, and perfectly balanced — moist chocolate sponge, juicy cherry layers, and just the right amount of sweetness. It was a crowd favorite!
The Lime & Strawberry mousse cake was light, refreshing, and full of flavor. Even guests who usually stick to traditional desserts loved it!
Both cakes were absolutely delicious, delicate, and beautifully made. My guests were asking where I got them from — they were truly a hit!
